Reception classes have been carefully caring for our eggs and we are very proud to say that we now have 4 beautiful, healthy chicks. We have learned about the life cycle of the chick from egg to hatching and it has taken 21 days. We put them in an incubator first and then when it was time we watched them peck through the shells and hatch. We are now going to think of some names for our chicks.
The video shows one of our chicks hatching, it was an exciting time.
